Project Overview

Wood Quay Apartments, part of the Kincora project in Loudoun County, VA, features 330 low-maintenance apartment homes, 9,800sf of amenity space and 748 parking spaces including both a 6-level parking garage and ample surface parking. There is 9,800sf of amenity area on the first floor of the building with a portion having two story volume space. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, coworking space, a rooftop patio with grills and firepits, conference room, clubroom with bar and lounge, 5 outdoor courtyards, and a swimming pool. Conveniently located, the pet-friendly apartments are also within walking distance to shops, restaurants, arts, nature, and recreation. This project consists of one, four/five split level wood-framed dwelling unit surrounding a precast parking garage. There is a partial basement level with a full story and internal building step incorporated into the design to account for the change in grade across the site.
