Project Overview

One Loudoun’s first apartment development, The Vyne is comprised of two buildings block G and block H. The design, inspired by nature and Virginia’s wine country provides luxury living in the heart of One Loudoun. Block H consists of a seven story, 279-unit residential building with 15,000 SF of amenity space including stand-alone clubhouse, rooftop terrace, a co-working space, and resident lounges, among other amenities. It also provides more than 21,000 square feet of street-level retail and structured parking. Block G consists of a 5 story, 99-unit residential building, 4,500 SF of 2-story amenity space including a mid-level mezzanine, structured parking, and a three-story, 51,000 SF office over retail building.
