Project Overview

The project is Howard County's first apartment LEED Platinum certified community. This project consists of one, 4-story building with a total of 296 residential rental units surrounding a 6 level parking garage with roughly 500 to 600 spaces. The building contains 5,000sf of clubhouse and amenity space separated.  There are 8 different unit types, with some slight variations as access corridors, utilized throughout the project. The luxury apartment building offers a green community with beautiful courtyards, acres of parkland and a lovely neighborhood park.  Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, fitness center to name a few.
