Union Wharf

Project Overview

Union Wharf is a 5-story luxury apartment building with a total of 281 units surrounding a 7 level parking garage with 473 spaces. The first level of the building, which is at street level, contains retail, office and amenity space. There is also an entry lobby and a number of units at this street level. Adjacent to the lobby is a resident drop off zone and drive aisle into the garage with units above that will bridge across these access points. The project features open, spacious units with views to the harbor and the Patapsco River. Built to LEED GOLD standards. An elevated podium is placed over top of the street level of the building. The 4 levels of units above generally stack from floor to floor with exceptions that will include some ‘stepping back’ of the upper two levels on certain street elevations. This creates some outdoor patio spaces when the walls are set back.
