Trafalgar Flats

Project Overview

Trafalgar Flats is a mixed use building containing 78 residential units in three stories over a level of retail, amenities, and parking. In addition to parking spaces and 8,000sf of retail space on the ground floor, you will find a clubroom and fitness center. Additional amenities include an outdoor plaza with lounge seating and a fire pit and bike storage. The project also includes and one and a half levels of additional parking below grade. Foundation and below grade parking: Conventional spread footings; conventionally reinforced concrete slabs; cast in place concrete walls and columns.
