Project Overview

The Westbrook at Brewers Row is a 5-story, resort style apartment building with 189 upscale apartments in 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plans. Four stories of residential units sit atop a podium over one level of retail and amenity space. Amenities include an elevated resort-style pool, a grilling station, fire pit, and a 2-story lounge featuring a kitchen and a 24/7 fitness center and yoga studio.
