The Enclave is an 80-unit condominium community with an excellent location in the City of Fairfax in the heart of the DC Metro region. The project features two buildings, both consisting of four residential stories above a partially buried garage providing parking and storage at the lowest level. Amenities include a fitness center, clubroom with adjoining fitness room, entry lobby/lounge areas, residential storage located on each floor and landscaped outdoor living area.
