This project consists of 6 stories, 5 stories of residential units over top of one level of structured parking and retail space. There is a lobby and approximately 1,250 sf of retail area on the ‘at-grade’ level of the building. The first residential level contains roughly 2,500 square feet of landscaped common terrace. There are a total of 35 units for the project. Construction for the five residential levels consists of Vulcraft EcoSpan composite bar joists and metal deck supported upon cold forms steel bearing walls and steel frames.
Edge Lofts achieved LEED Platinum certification, the highest level in USGBC's LEED for Homes program.
