The 12-story 140ft building (12 stories above grade, 3 levels below) will be occupied by street level retail, underground parking, graduateprofessional and undergraduate apartments. The second level will be an amenity level with a hot tub and spa, gaming area and lounge with hammocks, a fireplace, grilling area and TV viewing area and a 24 hours fitness center with yoga room.
