Project Overview

The Lofts contains 242 residential units in a five and six story (partial basement) building with 18,000sf of retail in open two-story spaces and amenity and storage areas on the terrace level. The structure partially surrounds a 530 space, five and a half story precast parking garage on two sides. This project is located along the Baltimore/Washington Corridor in a 268-acre, mixed use community.
