Overture Pointe Chesapeake is a Senior Living project located along the sandy shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia Beach. It consists of two, four-story wood buildings with a total of 172 units (178,300sf) over a single open parking level with 364 parking spaces. The first building is an F-shaped building with an abundance of amenity space on the first floor. This building also includes additional amenity areas on the roof level with the view of the Atlantic Ocean. The second building is a Z-shaped building with courtyards and a swimming pool located on an elevated level above the garage between the buildings.
