Project Overview

Modera Tempo is a 492 unit, urban mixed-use apartment project with two, 5-story, wood-framed buildings and a third, podium building containing four stories of units over a level housing 15,000sf of retail. The buildings are constructed on a single transfer slab over a 700 space, below-grade parking garage. This project was designed for a National Green Building Certification. The community is minutes away from the Van Dorn Metrorail station, and also provides excellent access to I-395 and I-495.
