Project Overview

Modera Fairfax Ridge is a luxury apartment community of 213 homes, including studio, 1- and 2-bedroom homes ranging in size 612 square feet to 1,254 square feet. The community features a state-of-the art clubhouse and fitness center, club room, demo kitchen, business center, social room, game room, indoor/outdoor patio and hotel-inspired pool. The apartments are green certified under the National Green Building Standard (NGBS). Home to the site of Fairfax County Government, the Fairfax Center submarket has over 9.7 million sf of office space and 5.8 million sf of retail space. The community provides excellent access to the key employment centers in Northern VA. The project consists of one podium and one wrap style building with 213 homes; 150 homes will be wrapped around an above-grade precast garage; with 63 homes in a podium building with two-story below grade garage parking.
