This projects consists of two buildings (I & K) that are situated around a traffic circle. Building I incorporates 18,000 sf of retail space fronting the traffic circle. Each building is attached to an above grade precast parking garage lined with residential units that effectively hide them the parking structures from the street. Together, both buildings contain 458 apartment units and include amenities such as: fitness center, pub and business centers. Each building surrounds an enclosed courtyard.
