Heritage Hunt Clubhouse

Project Overview

This project consists of a 28,000sf, 2-story clubhouse, with an additional 6,000sf poolhouse. The clubhouse contains a dining area with full kitchen, theatre room with stage, offices, meeting rooms, and golf cart maintenance and storage on the lower level. The poolhouse contains locker rooms and an 8 lane indoor swimming pool. Construction consists of light gauge bearing walls, composite bar joist floor system and prefabricated roof trusses. Masonry walls and concrete foundations were also utilized througout the project.
