Five Points Northshore

Project Overview

Five Points Northshore is a luxury, apartment building with 190 dwelling units and a precast garage with 256 parking spaces. It is situated so that five different streets surround it, giving it five unequal sides that fully wrap around a courtyard with a pool.  The five sides give the building its name, "Five Points."  It also wraps around three sides of a four-level precast parking structure.  This project is located in a fire district, requiring that the building be designed with non-combustible exterior walls even though similar structures do not have this requirement.
