Project Overview

This project has it all. The East Building is a mixed-use building with 4 stories of dwelling units situated atop a podium over a mostly buried level of parking. The West Building is made up of 4 separate zones, each one showcases a unique construction element. Zone One features a five-story, Type 3A, garden style apartment building. Zone Two includes a four-story, garden style apartment building. Zone Three provides a precast parking garage for the West Building. Zone Four contains residential units above retail space.
