AVE Florham Park is part of a 268-acre master planned development located on the site of the former ExxonMobil Research Center on Park Avenue in Florham Park, NJ. The site includes 855,000 sf of Class-A office space, a full-service hotel and a 425 unit active adult residential community. Also part of the site is the home of the New York Jets Football Team's Headquarters and training center. This project, a 252 unit apartment building, is located next to BASF Corporation's North American Headquarters. It features 4 levels of residential units over a parking level. The first level will contain approximately 20,000sf of amenity space. A pool and outdoor courtyards are also featured.
