The project consists of 17 garden style apartment buildings with a total of 162 units, consisting of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. There will be three, two story building types. Two of the building types will have a 2/3 split option. Additionally there will be a free standing, two story clubhouse up to 4,000sf. The site will have surface parking.
