Project Overview

This 138 unit apartment project is geared towards younger renters in urban areas. Located within the H Street Corridor neighborhood of Washington, DC, AVA H Street targets young professionals who are more interested in living close to work, entertainment, cultural, and public transportation. The units are designed to be smaller and more adaptable than typical apartments with the goal of providing unique yet moderately priced living. The project also features a parking garage with 136 spaces (below the apartments), and a courtyard in the middle of the building.
