Project Overview

Located within commuting distance of Woodbridge and Metro Park, the project features luxury three-story townhome rentals. Eight buildings with a total of 120 units boast covered parking, individual entrances, and spacious living. Adjacent to Ford's Park featuring walking trails, picnic areas, and playgrounds. All of the buildings are nearly identical with the exception of a modified ground floor unit on 4 of the buildings. Upper floors are identical on all buildings. The upper two floors are ‘townhome’ style units with an internal stair. All upper units are of a similar type with a standard, bay, and end unit condition. Each of the buildings have ‘tuck under’ parking spaces at the ground level along the entire rear of the building. Construction consists of prefabricated wood roof and floor trusses bearing on 2x bearing walls. There is a frame at the rear of the buildings to account for lateral loads at the open parking spaces. Typical foundation consists of conventional concrete spread footings, CMU foundation walls, and conventional concrete slab on grade floors.
