Project Overview

The project consists of one, four-story, 122-unit affordable apartment building, the first residential project in Arlington to be “district energy ready.” The 5A building is constructed on top of the Arlington mill Community Center parking garage and is designed to meet Earthcraft Green Building Specifications.
