This project consists of a 10-story CFS framed bearing wall residential building over at-grade podium and one buried level of parking. The CFS framed building is divided into two structures with an expansion joint. First floor has an amenity area that includes Fitness, classrooms, and a community room. Buildings consists of 416 residential units and 379 parking spaces. Amenities include outdoor terrace, lounge and party room at CFS framed levels and community room, fitness and classrooms below podium level.
