AO Flats is a mixed-income housing project in a prime, transit-oriented location with access to world-class parks, schools, groceries, retail, and services. The 5-story, wood-framed building includes 78 rental homes atop a transfer podium with retail and community uses at the ground level, and 42 partially buried parking spaces. The uppermost level includes a small outdoor terrace in the place of one unit.
