Located on the corner of South Street and Pacific Avene, this mixed use project includes 36 apartments over a ground level that hosts a preschool, a lobby area, and parking. An additional level of below-grade parking is also featured. This project consists of 3 stories of residential units over top of two levels of structured parking garage. The ‘at grade’ slab will be host to a lobby, retail area/ daycare facility, and additional parking. The residential units consist of 36 wood framed units.
