Project Overview

2000 West Creek, located in Goochland County, features 16 townhomes and 380 units of apartment living in four, 4 story buildings. Amenities include a large clubhouse that boasts a kitchen, fitness center, rooftop deck and more. The project is conveniently located near Interstate 64 and Route 288. Project consists of 6 buildings of Type V residential wood framed construction with a total of 366 units spread between townhouse and 4 story multifamily style structures. The multilevel building foundations were designed as post tension slabs on grade due to large areas of soils containing expansive clays. Multifamily and townhouse buildings were constructed of typical light framed wood construction utilizing open web wood floor and roof trusses. Project also included a 1/2 buried fitness building with landscaped roof terrace, elevated pool deck and multilevel terraced courtyard consisting of concrete and masonry retaining walls.
