Located in historic Downtown Danbury, 1 Kennedy Flats offers both four-story, luxury apartments and garage townhomes with an abundance of amenities such as private decks and balconies, a fitness studio, a swimming pool with a sun deck, a fireside lounge, a sports bar with billiards and shuffleboard, and a dog washing station. Both the garden style apartments and the townhomes were designed using slab on grade foundations with conventional spread footings. Necessary soil improvements were made using rammed aggregate piers. Floors, walls, and pitched roofs are all wood framed.
