This transit-oriented 7-story housing project is certified under the U.S Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Homes meeting rigorous standards for both performance and sustainability. Five stories of Type 3 wood framed construction sit over two levels of concrete podium construction creating 76 affordable apartments with ground floor amenity space.
This project also included the demolition of an existing parking garage to make room for the new construction. Our scope included reviewing the demolition plans for zone of influence issues.
