Project Overview

This project is part of the revitalization of the Route 1 corridor. It features 349 apartments in four, 4-story wood-framed buildings, three with basements. The buildings wrap around a 5-level parking garage with 493 parking spaces. Three of the buildings include central courtyards, and one of these courtyards boasts a resort style pool and spa. Other amenities include a fitness center, a dog spa, multiple deluxe social spaces, and onsite electric vehicle charging stations.
