Village Square features 146 luxury apartments in a single three and four-story residential building over more than 17,500sf of retail space on the first floor that wraps around a public plaza to host local events. The building design includes a rotunda-style corner and canopy at the northeast corner of the plaza and features a variety of different facade and roof designs, inspired by European plazas. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops, and a short walk to Garvies Point waterfront development.
