Project Overview

Trellis House is a mixed-use housing community located at the corner of Sherman Avenue and Barry Place NW in Washington, DC. This project features 319 townhome style dwelling units, ample amenities throughout the building such as a sky terrace with hydroponics room and vegetative green roof, and a large integrated clubhouse on the lower levels with a yoga room, fitness studio, business center, and clubroom space. The entire building sits over two levels of below grade parking (139 spaces).
