This project involved design and construction services for a 4-building apartment community in the West Creek area of Richmond, VA. This was the second apartment complex in the area that we completed with the same owner and design team. The buildings were 4-stories with internal amenity areas. Construction consisted of pre-fabricated wood floor and roof trusses supported by 2x bearing walls.
Expansive soils required foundation coordination as excavation and subgrade preparation occurred.
