This apartment project consists of 230 residential units separated into building sections via 2 hour firewalls. Each section of the building is 4 stories and there is a full level step at one location within the building to account for some of the grade change across the site. The building surrounds a 5-1/2 level parking garage with approximately 360 spaces. There is approximately 5,000sf of lobby, leasing and amenity areas incorporated into the first floor of one of the building sections.
