This project provided 201 new residential units, 162 renovated residential units, and one historic renovation to Joint Base Andrews. The new housing floor plans included special features designed especially for Air Force families. The development plan also included a number of amenities, all with the idea of increased interaction between neighbors. Such amenities include tot lots, picnic areas, pool and neighborhood centers.
