Project Overview

Located on Port Imperial, Nine on the Blvd is a 13-story, “U” shaped, 278 unit condominium building over 3 levels of parking. The second and third level have amenity spaces that include a gym, daycare, and clubhouse. Construction consists of cast in place concrete with a 48” deep mat slab on a steel pile foundation.
