Client: Mill Creek Residential Trust

The project consists of one, four story wood framed apartment building with 150 units, over top of 2 ½ levels of structured parking. There is 5,000sf of clubhouse and amenity areas on the first residential level. Courtyard areas are also incorporated into this first residential level and contain plantings and pavers. The project is infill among existing intersecting streets and railways.
