At an estimated $37 million, 220 Riverside Apartments is the first five story wood structure built in Jacksonville. This project is a mixed-use development with a total of 7 stories (5 stories of wood-frame over 2 levels of concrete). It includes 285 units in six residential floors, an elevated courtyard, ground-floor retail, a lobby, two clubhouses, a pet salon, fitness facility, business center, and mail room. The site’s elevation change allows at-grade garage access at both basement and first-floor levels.
