West Square, consisting of two donut-shaped, 4-story apartment buildings with 255 units surrounding a 5-level, precast parking garage, provides the convenience of neighborhood living with easy access to Boston's Seaport District and Logan International Airport. The project is designed to incorporate all the appeal of modern urban living including an abundance of amenities. Apartments Superstructure: Conventional wood-framed walls supporting prefabricated wood roof and floor trusses with a cast-in-place, conventionally reinforced, elevated concrete slab over the lobby and amenity areas
