Project Overview

Part of the Downtown Columbia Master Plan, this 380-unit, mixed-use project includes both residential and retail areas and features five stories of dwelling units on a podium over a concrete podium with retail and amenity areas at the ground level. The project surrounds a precast garage. Its many amenities include a swimming pool, wellness center, computer area, media area, pavilion, lounge, and internal courtyards.
